Hi, I’m Savannah
I’m a psychotherapist (License #: 11035) with extensive training in Internal Family Systems, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. Currently, I am in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist in Oklahoma. My degree is in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
My approach is rooted in the philosophy that true wellness is a holistic endeavor, encompassing mind, body, and spirit. My theoretical orientation is guided by strength-based, person-centered, and evidence based approaches to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and life transitions. As you navigate your wellness journey of self-discovery and empowerment, I hope to support you in embracing and cultivating a deeper sense of self-worth and self-compassion.
Whether you're seeking therapeutic support, stress management, or on a comprehensive wellness journey, I’m committed to providing personalized care tailored to your unique needs. My intention is to make therapy a valuable experience for everyone, even when it’s hard.
